Ok, so my washer is working now! We still have a slight problem with the dryer..It is vented into the kitchen ceiling. but we do have a washer!!
Sallie and Robert and I went to a movie yesterday...after we went shopping for rugs...sigh. We saw Nancy Drew and it was very relaxing. Not the best movie ever but definitely a nice break. Hardest part was coming out of the theater and realizing we were halfway around the world. Still, it was fun.
I now have curtains up in our bedroom and Sallie's. Just a bit longer and we may be settled. The sheets are getting a bit old. :)

Got to share my reading today from the Daily Light. It's perfect for you guys! The theme verse for the evening reading says, "Do business until I come" (Luke 19:13). Quite appropriate for Mike, especially. Then the reading ends with 1 Corinthians 15:55: "Therefore, my beloved Hildebrands, be steadfast, immoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord."
